ADL Version 1.11

Aircraft Dynamics Library 1.11 is part of Modelon���s 2024.1 release.

New versions of Modelon libraries are sold and distributed directly from Modelon, as well as approved resellers.

Improvements

• Reduced fidelity aircraft models

  Reduced fidelity models with fewer parameters for quicker simulations are added.

  There are also reduced fidelity aircraft models with the Kroo and Shevell sizing model, that may be used to simulate a flight mission or extract performance data in rigs.

  The reduced fidelity models enable steady state solving, see for example SpecificExcessPower where parameter sweep is used to retrieve the maneuvering limits of an aircraft design.

  There is also an example running dynamic optimization on a flight mission.
