JPL Version 2.11
JetPropulsion Library 2.11 is part of Modelon's 2025.2 release.
New versions of Modelon libraries are sold and distributed directly from Modelon, as well as approved resellers.
Improvements
- The burner model now includes an option to compute Rayleigh losses based on an actual momentum balance.
 - For all components using the TwoPort interface (Burners, Ducts, Turbomachinery, etc), area can now be saved from an off-design simulation and re-used in on-design simulations. This option ensures consistent area calculations between on- and off-design conditions. For steady-state solver (PbS): A new option,
computeAreaSinglePointPbS, is now available globally insettings_JPLor individually in each component. For dynamic solver: The area is stored in the design data XML-file accordingly. Users are adviced to re-generate the on-design XML-file to include the area.
Fixed Issues
- Negative fuel flow values are now prevented when using the
iterateFARoption in the JetPropulsion.Basic.Burners.WithInputPort burner model
