For all packages and components there is reference documentation available in the Information layer of a class selected in the package browser. Note that in many cases, further information is supplied by base classes, these are listed at the end of the information section as "Extends from" followed by links.
E-mail support is available through your local reseller according to the license conditions. With each support ticket, please submit the following information:
- A clear description of the problem
- Version of operating system
- Version of simulation tool
- Version of the library
- The original model (or an example) that provokes the problem, as attached .mo file
