ECL Version 3.13

Environmental Control Library 3.13 is part of Modelon���s 2022.2 release.

New versions of Modelon libraries are sold and distributed directly from Modelon, as well as approved resellers.

Improvements

• Minor reformatting of the XML data file for parsing of all tables by DataAccess
• Updated the library to support Modelon Base Library 4.1
