TPL Version 4.1

Thermal Power Library 4.1 is part of Modelon's 2026.2 release. New versions of Modelon libraries are sold and distributed directly from Modelon, as well as approved resellers.

Version 4.1 contains the changes described below.

Bug Fixs

  • Calculation for Heat transfer area of liquid channel is fixed in BrickGeometry to correctly account for multiple liquid channels by multiplying with N_channel_liq parameter
  • N_channel_liq parameter is made unavailable for users to modify, in order to avoid confusion in parameterization for ColumnGeometry
  • The scalable turbine-system within ThermalPower.Experiments.CombinedCyclePowerPlant now handles ScalingFactor more robustly. The Experiment-model now runs with any ScalingFactor (0.3-2) for non-CCU and with ScalingFactor=1 using the CCU. Ready-to-use experiment-definitions are added accordingly

Important Note

  • In this release all Deprecated packages has been removed, including MicroGrid and DistrictHeating
