HL Version 4.17

Hydraulics Library 4.17 is part of Modelon���s 2022.2 release.

New versions of Modelon libraries are sold and distributed directly from Modelon, as well as approved resellers. 

Improvements

• Updated the library to support Modelon Base Library 4.1

• Fixed a bug that prevented cavitation to be turned on and off at the system level
